Chen Ye

Chen Ye has been working as an associate at Gusrae Kaplan Nusbaum PLLC since 2008. Ye is a graduate of China University and New York University School of law.

Ye work in the corporate securities transaction unit where she specializes in capital market.  Her role in the company includes, but is not limited to, carrying out research about America’s securities regulations, communicating with clients who speak mandarin, and drafting disclosure documents.

Marlen Kruzhkov

Marlen Kruzhkov is a partner at Gusrae Kaplan Nusbaum PLLC.  A graduate of Boston University and J.D., Northwestern University School of Law, Kruzhkov specializes in corporate and transactional law.  Kruzhkov speaks Russian fluently and has worked with many clients in Eastern Europe, such as Russia, Ukraine and Latvia.  Aside from this he has also worked with clients in the US, England, Mexico and many more.
